Why I Work With Women in Midlife

This stage of life is often misunderstood. Many women feel disconnected, question their identity, career paths, or passions, or wonder where the spark went in their relationships and daily life. You’re not lost—you’re reconnecting. This stage isn’t about starting over; it’s about rediscovering who you are beneath the roles you’ve carried. Through therapy, I help women reconnect with themselves, gain clarity in their direction, and create relationships and lives that feel deeply meaningful. Therapy at any stage of life supports self-discovery, awareness, and positive change.

Brief Background

I became a therapist after realizing how much our life experiences shape our patterns, choices, and relationships. Helping clients uncover these patterns, gain perspective, and move toward a more fulfilling life is my passion. I create a safe, supportive space where you can feel empowered to explore and implement meaningful change.

  • Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I will help you explore the root causes of depressive and anxiety symptoms, recover motivation, and reestablish the joy you once had in your life

  • Stress can manifest in different ways psychologically, emotionally or physically. Learn how to proactively handle stress.

  • Relationships can mirror both our growth and our unhealed parts. I support individuals and couples in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and managing conflict with understanding and care. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that keep you stuck and create new ways of relating that feel authentic and connected.

  • Grief can feel overwhelming, it changes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Together, we’ll work to understand and make sense of your grief in a way that feels gentle and grounding.
