MY FOCUS

Compassion and collaboration is the foundation of my counseling approach. Therapy at any stage in life can help with self discovery, awareness and change. I help adults seeking life satisfaction and fulfillment. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel empowered to explore and implement change. What you can expect from our work together. Someone to guide you to self discovery, provide you with a new perspective, help you gain your voice, provide you with realistic coping skills to overcome life’s difficulties.

Many, times my clients are able to get to the root of what’s holding them from leading a fulfilled life. The most rewarding part of my work with others and the process of therapy is witnessing the shift from “I don’t know if this is possible or if I am capable”. To “I know I am capable. I now have the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence”.

I am glad to be a part of your journey. Outside of therapy I love spending time with family and taking long walks with my dog “Leo”.

I appreciate lots of quiet time but also love music, cooking and traveling.

  • For most grief is often one of the most challenging things to conquer. Work with me in understanding and defining your grief.

    If you are feeling stuck in your grief. I am here to offer support.
